Vic Davis began his recruiting career in 1997, establishing Vic Davis & Associates, Inc. in January 2003. We specialize in the search and placement of bench jewelers/goldsmiths and watchmakers in the Retail Jewelry Industry on a nationwide basis. Our specialty areas include Repair and Setting Jewelers, Custom Manufacturing Jewelers and Watchmakers dedicated to service of “high-grade” fine time pieces. We have been fortunate to help those from entry-level to senior level “master” candidates.
Our client companies are typically the larger independent jewelry stores in their respective markets who need key bench jeweler and watchmaker talent to aid in their company’s growth and expansion. We work on a contingency basis, meaning our fees are employer paid, as are the candidate’s interviewing expenses. In addition, most of our clients are amenable to assistance with relocation expenses. All contacts are confidential; NO resume will be released to any client without a candidate’s full knowledge and permission.
